Mentorship Program

BCIS’s Mentorship Program is designed to bring mentors & mentees with similar educational, skill, & experience background together for the benefit of both.

This career-based matching will help support foreign trained & educated mentees integrate into the Canadian Workforce.

This volunteer-based program will also help mentors enhance their leadership skills.

We are looking for MENTORS who:

Are willing to join in this 16-week structured program
Have at least 2 years of Canadian work experience in their field of study
Are looking for an opportunity to enhance their leadership skills
Are passionate about volunteering & giving back to the community

We are looking for MENTEES who:

Are willing to join in this 16-week structured program
Are looking to work in their field of study &
educational background
Completed CLB 5 or in CLB 6
Are coachable & willing to learn new skills
